Preferably you will have more than ten years experience in testing and consultancy and enjoy the challenges and demands of working in the IT services sector. However, either this is less imperative than first rate testing skills.

You will have a speciality in one of the following:

• Senior test strategy consultant

You have an exceptional grounding in testing in a wide variety of business & technical environments and you have implemented strategies with teams of more than a dozen testers.

• Test manager for large projects or programmes

You have premium motivational, people and task management ability as well as superb communication skills. Ideally, you will have operated in the political levels of large projects and have strong awareness influencing proficiency.

• Performance tester for assurance, monitoring and trouble-shooting

You have a good technical awareness and sound interpersonal and consulting skills. You will have at least two year's experience of using load and performance testing tools, preferably working with a range of tools.
